Three new flavours. Wasabi, matcha and soybean. Had to get rid of our last bits of Yen. That’s it for Kit Kats – definitely.
Well – we just have time for one last post before bed, and an early rise to get to the airport.
Thanks for viewing. We hope you had a good time. If you read each post – you saw 128 individual posts with 215 photos. Well done if you made it all the way.
The only thing that remains is how to end it? Well, as luck would have it, on our very last trip to a shop before heading to the airport we found not one but TWO new kit kat flavours never before seen. We haven’t tried either of them yet. Firstly we have ginger ale, which sounds pretty exciting to Steve. This one will probably be bubbly. The other is mixed fruit and vegetables – which is a tie-in product with a juice company. We are a bit scared of this one.
This is near Hanayashiki – a fantastic old amusement park in Asakusa. Those familiar with our other travelogues will know our obsession with the coin operated ride on animals with steering wheels found in these types of places.
Note the steering wheel on the roof. Also, the head rests on the seats had little panda ear covers. Kawaii!
